CARAVAN TERMS & CONDITIONS

KINGFISHER PARK INGOLDMLLS SKEGNESS

1. To Provisionally book your caravan holiday at Kingfisher park Ingoldmells with JUDITHS Holidays, Please telephone us on 07523196031  or you can contact us by E-mail    

2. In addition to the cost of your holiday a £50 refundable security bond will be charged. The security bond is refunded by JUDITHS HOLIDAYS not by KINGFISHER PARK. Your security bond will be refunded and returned to you after your holiday upon full satisfactory inspection of the caravan & return of keys & card ( Security Bond is returned by post ). 

3. A £50 non-refundable deposit must be received within 7 days of making the booking. This payment will secure your holiday and a receipt will be issued to you. 

4. We are unable to accept bookings from: a) Groups of people of all the same sex. b) Groups under 25 years of age.

5. KINGFISHER PARK is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other person on the park you will be asked to leave.

6. In order for the caravan to be cleaned and checked departure must be made before 10am, and no keys will be released before 4pm on the day of arrival. 

7. The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The  hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakages, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay. Prior to departure, keys will be collected by JUDITHS HOLIDAYS or by a representative. Failure to do so may result in loss of security bond. 

8. Pets are not allowed in any caravan.

9. Smoking no is permitted in any caravan

10. Should the accommodation booked, become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you and if we cannot find alternative accommodation anywhere on site, and if you don't want alternative dates, a full refund will be given.

11. Caravans must be left in a respectable and clean state on departure, otherwise cleaning costs will be charged.

12. Vehicles must be parked only in the parking spaces provided.

15. All rubbish must be taken to the bins located around the caravan park and not left around the caravan.

16 No ball games to be played around caravans. 

17. We recommend that you purchase some form of insurance, as none is included in the price of the holiday.

18. Please do not remove any items from caravan, any items removed price will be taken out your security bond.

19. Some facilities/entertainment may not be in operation during off peak season periods,  for which we have no control or influence over and do not accept responsibility for at any time.

20. If due to illness, injury or accident you are unable to take your caravan holiday, you must advise us immediately by telephone and then in writing including a doctor's certificate. If we do not receive written confirmation of your cancellation before your holiday has commenced, no refund will be given. In the event of you or any member of your holiday party being unable to travel due to sickness, redundancy , proof in form of a doctor's certificate, employees or court notification will be required in writing, prior to your holiday start date.

21. You will be entitled to a full refund of all monies subject to an administration charge of £50, unless your cancellation occurs within 14 days of your holiday in which the refund will be limited to 30% of the holiday cost. 

22. The price of your holiday includes Gas and Electric is included in the price of your holiday. We will write to confirm your caravan holiday reservation. 

23. In the event you book 6 weeks or less from the holiday start date, the full payment ( including security bond ) will be due for payment within 7 days of booking your holiday.  

24JUDITHS HOLIDAYS cannot accept liability for alterations to KINGFISHER PARK facilities and resort from those advertised.

25 Due to security and health and safety reasons KINGFISHER PARK need to know who is on site at any one time if anyone is found in the caravan who is not named on the booking form held by KINGFISHER PARK the whole party will be asked to leave forfeiting the rest of the holiday. 

26 We do not allow smoking in the caravan. Pets are at the discretion of JUDITHS HOLIDAYS there is a charge of £40 for small dogs. if the Caravan is left dirty i.e by dog or smoking your bond will be forfeited.
